All packages are sent via courier (UPS/DHL/Fedex) with full tracking from Australia. We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day.
A signature upon receipt of delivery is required for all purchases. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to Armed Forces.
Taxes, customs and duties

Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is returned in an unworn, unused and saleable condition and that proof of purchase is also included.
All refunds and returns will be made in AUD only.
We ask that any returned items are sent via trackable postage. We will not be liable for any losses incurred during transit for returned items.
Once returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be promptly (excluding shipping expenses) initiated via the same payment method in which payment was originally received. Up to 7 days may be required before the refunded payment appears in your bank account.
Please note that if the returned item appears to be worn, used or in an unsaleable condition, the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
